The large southern balcony (“Eagle’s nest”) is very sunny.
The carnival ridge is located in the background. The peaks rise up to 2400m.

In the First World War the front line between Austria and Italy was located here.
Today you can still find many remains and testimonies along the “path of peace” that leads across the ridge.
