Apartment rates
The apartment rates are per apartment and per day.
Packages include programs per application or per person.
The prices include VAT.

Bookings
It is possible to book certain room types. Wishes for certain
rooms type and floors are at our disposal. Of course, we try to fulfill your wishes as far as possible.
Included services
Bed linen and towels, change after 7 days, additional padding / blankets possible (please ask at the cafe)

Your reservation
We guarantee your reservation until 7 pm. Please contact us for a later arrival.
Arrival and departure
We want to clean your room thoroughly before you get it. Therefore, it is not ready until 13:00.
On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00 am.
Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visacard, American Express, EC card or cash.
Down payment
For a binding reservation we ask you for a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The deposit must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the written reservation confirmation. Bank connection: Osttiroler Volksbank; IBAN: AT584073000030002885, BIC OVLIAT21XXX The total amount is due upon arrival. Methods of payment: Bank transfer, ATM, Mastercard, Visa, cash on site
Cancellation conditions
… there can always come something in between! We recommend you to takea travel cancellation insurance. For example, you can complete such a European Travel Insurance . Only written cancellations are valid. Up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge. From 30 days – 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount. From 7 days before arrival, not showing up, late arrival / early departure we charge 100% of the total. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. Place of performance Sillian, court Lienz in Osttirol.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is collected all year by the municipality of Heinfels and is currently € 2, – per person / night.
Children & amp; Adolescents up to the age of 15 are free.
VAT
Our rates are inclusive rates and include the tax rate on accommodation services.
Price List
When a new price list is published, an existing price list loses its validity. The
Statutory value-added tax.
Price differences in the individual price categories arise only by size, equipment
And location of the rooms or the booking of packages. All other services are the same.
